Social Media Manager - Account Management (Influencer & Organic Social)
A rapidly growing digital marketing agency is on the hunt for a talented Social Media Manager to join its expanding influencer and organic social division. With over a decade of digital expertise and a strong startup-style culture, the agency has evolved significantly-especially since launching its influencer marketing arm in 2021.
The social team is now two years in and continues to grow. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make an impact, shape strategy, and grow alongside a collaborative, fast-moving team.
The Role
As Social Media Manager, you'll be the day-to-day lead for key accounts, overseeing client communication, campaign execution, and performance. This role is primarily focused on organic social (particularly TikTok and Instagram), with growing involvement in paid campaigns. You'll also manage a Social Media Executive and play a critical role in shaping the department's direction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client relationships and manage accounts across multiple real estate brands
Mentor and manage a junior team member (remote)
Develop and execute engaging organic strategies on TikTok and Instagram
Collaborate closely on influencer-led campaigns and cross-channel integration
Identify upsell opportunities and earn commission
Work alongside leadership to scale the social division
What We're Looking For
2-3+ years' experience in social media account management
Confident managing or mentoring junior team members
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Hands-on experience with Hootsuite or similar scheduling tools
Strong creative instincts and quick thinking under pressure
Deep familiarity with TikTok trends and culture
Influencer marketing knowledge is a major bonus
Organic-first mindset; paid experience is a plus
Comfortable in a startup-style, high-growth environment

Hybrid working structure:
During probation: 3 days/week in-office (Tuesdays fixed)
Post-probation: Alternating weeks of 2 and 3 days in-office
