Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Advertising Technology team in London. This desk will focus on Ad Ops hires, working alongside our sales-role focused consultant.

Sphere has over 10 years’ experience recruiting into the Ad Tech space and is a leading recruitment partner in this space. With regular industry events and speakers from the sector joining our Life in Digital Podcast with over 75,000 listeners, you will have the backing of a strong market presence.

Our Sales desk opportunity is replacing someone who spent 8 years with Sphere and who billed £600K in revenue in the last three years (including the COVID year!) working with top clients such as Liveramp, Adform, Comscore, Samsung, and Permutive. 

Our “Operations” team has generated £950K across two consultants in the last three years,working with top clients such as TikTok, SamsungAds, Amazon, Liveramp, Adform, GroupM, Hawk, and Equativ.

About the role

• Taking ownership of long standing customers, nurturing and developing these

• Winning new business from existing Sphere accounts and new accounts

• Becoming part of a winning team and helping to build on a brilliant team culture, working with your team and teams across our business in the UK and the US office

• Ad tech is at the heart of Sphere – you will become part of the heartbeat of the company, internally and externally

• Achieving revenue targets and KPIs, and contributing to the growth and success of Sphere Digital Recruitment.


About you

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within the advertising technology sector or marketing, media or SaaS

• A proven high achiever who wants to achieve brilliant results with and for their customers and their team mate

• Someone who is individually motivated yet who wants to work with a team and to be part of a team who work together

• Someone who loves to learn, listens well and enjoys an environment with a lot of feedback and learning.
