My client is a fast-growing beauty brand known for its innovative, high-performance products and strong digital presence. They've built a loyal customer base through their customer-first ethos and are expanding rapidly into new markets.
The Job
As the Affiliates Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Own and execute affiliate and performance marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition and revenue.
- Manage and optimise budgets to hit CPA and ROAS targets, working closely with affiliate and paid media partners.
- Monitor and report on channel performance, run tests, and deliver insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and marketing teams to deliver compelling campaigns.
- Support and mentor junior team members while staying up to date with best practices in the affiliate space.
You
- Proven track record of running high-growth affiliate and performance marketing campaigns across multiple regions (experience in the US is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with leading affiliate and influencer platforms.
- Commercially savvy with a strong analytical mindset and experience using tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling business.
- Proactive and curious, with a passion for continuous improvement.
