The Role
As an Amazon Advertising Account Manager, you'll manage and optimise retail media campaigns across Amazon (and other retail networks), using both Sponsored Ads and DSP. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of your clients' business goals, helping them scale through smart, insight-driven advertising strategies.
You'll have a hands-on role building, optimising, and analysing campaigns, while also advising clients on how to merge retail and digital strategies for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise retail media campaigns across Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, pacing, and reporting
- Conduct regular analysis to identify key insights and actionable optimisations
- Lead client communication across email, calls, and in-person meetings
- Create professional, insight-led presentations and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign goals
- Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and tools within the retail media space
- Champion a data-driven approach to deliver measurable performance improvements
About You
- 2+ years' experience in retail media or paid media, ideally agency-side
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Amazon Ad Console (Sponsored Ads / DSP)
- Confident communicator with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Excel / data tools
- Comfortable managing budgets and performance goals
- Commercially aware, client-focused, and proactive
- Positive, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
