Client Operations Executive

Client Operations Executive - London based - Travel to Dubai

We're looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Client Operations Executive to sit at the centre of our sales and delivery operation. This role bridges Sales and Operations, ensuring opportunities move smoothly from proposal through to campaign delivery, with a strong focus on accuracy, process, and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Commercial Support

• Support Sales with proposals, pitch decks, and case studies

• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene

• Support revenue pacing and flag risks across budgets, timelines, or scope

Cross-Team Coordination

• Act as the operational link between Sales and Operations

• Ensure client briefs are clear and translated into campaign setups

• Track timelines, manage handovers, and chase inputs to keep work moving

Reporting & Insight

• Compile and analyse campaign performance

• Produce clear, client-ready post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations

• Support consistent campaign readouts and follow-up discussions

Client Communication & Process

• Support client updates and performance recaps

• Ensure timely, clear communication throughout the campaign lifecycle

• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and ways of working
  
  

  Experience & Skills

  Essential

  • 1-2 years' experience in an agency, media, or digital marketing environment

  • Understanding of programmatic advertising

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident written and verbal communication

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
