As a Creative Strategist, you'll uncover cultural and consumer insights, translate them into compelling creative recommendations, and ensure brands remain relevant and resonant within online conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Continuously monitor brand social channels and online signals to identify high-impact opportunities for engagement.
Proactively identify conversations, communities, cohorts, and cultural trends that hold strategic and creative relevance for brand growth.
Conduct ongoing active listening across brand channels, tracking and analysing follower interactions such as comments, responses, and DMs.
Research and interpret brand, audience, and cultural trends to inform creative campaigns and strategic direction.
Go beyond surface-level metrics by forming hypotheses, analysing data, and providing actionable insights.
Deliver daily or regular digests of key findings, turning them into clear creative briefs and strategic recommendations.
Utilise third-party tools to manage brand pages and assist with social performance reporting.
Follow escalation processes for handling negative feedback or sensitive community issues.
Identify opportunities for brands to participate authentically in cultural moments, trending topics, and social conversations - including engagement with influencers, creators, and other brands.

Proven experience in a creative strategy, social strategy, or digital planning role within an agency or brand environment.
Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, WhatsApp, etc.) and audience engagement behaviours.
Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to transform insights into compelling creative narratives.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing creative briefs, insight reports, and client presentations.
