Job Title: Content Producer - 3-Month FTC (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid 3/2 model - London Zone 1 and home
Contract: 3-month fixed-term contract starting January, with potential extension
Salary £60,000- £65,000 per annum
Role Overview:
A key client of ours are seeking a Content Producer to help scale up our content delivery capacity by managing both internal and outsourced projects. This role will support the existing commercial content team by overseeing special projects delivered via external sub-contractors, ensuring end-to-end delivery on time, on budget, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and experienced in managing creative content production across multiple disciplines.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and experienced in managing creative content production across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the internal content team, providing direction, support, and oversight of day-to-day work.
- Scale delivery capacity through outsourcing, managing special projects with external sub-contractors.
- Understand project requirements, source, brief, and coordinate suppliers (content writers, data journalists, graphic designers, videographers, editors, etc.) to deliver content marketing projects.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of content projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Maintain and manage project timelines, tracking progress against key milestones.
- Assess resource requirements and allocate team members and external suppliers effectively to meet project demands.
- Support hiring and interviews for new team members as required.
- Act as the central point of contact for content delivery, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.
- Work from an existing content pipeline for the next 3-6 months (2026) and plan delivery accordingly.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience managing content, copywriting, or creative teams.
- Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple suppliers and complex workflows.
- Experience managing end-to-end content marketing projects across multiple disciplines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Hybrid working flexibility is a must.
