Overview

We are seeking an experienced Czech Creative Lead to provide urgent interim cover. This is a fast-moving requirement and requires someone able to step into a leadership role immediately, oversee ongoing creative output, and maintain a high standard of delivery across active projects.

You will act as the creative lead for a small in-house team, ensuring strong creative direction across social-first and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a small creative team of 3 (designers and writers)
• Provide strong art direction and creative oversight across active projects
• Guide and elevate social-first creative output across multiple platforms
• Ensure consistency and quality across digital campaign execution
• Collaborate on ongoing large-scale campaigns for well-known consumer brands
• Maintain momentum on live briefs and ensure timely delivery during cover period
• Support concept development and creative refinement where needed

Required Experience

• Minimum 6+ year's experience in creative / art direction roles
• Strong background as an Art Director with ability to actively oversee design output
• Proven experience leading small creative teams
• Extensive experience delivering social-first and digital campaigns
• Track record working on large-scale, high-profile or award-winning campaigns
• Experience with major consumer brands (FMCG experience highly desirable)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of digital and social platforms; motion/digital skills a plus
• Fluent in Czech and proficient in English
