Overview

We're looking for a Creative Lead to drive and elevate creative output across a dynamic, fast-paced environment spanning brand, digital, and immersive experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of creative, commercial, and delivery - leading a small team to produce high-quality, innovative work that not only looks great but performs.

You'll act as a key bridge between creative, sales, and marketing, ensuring ideas are both ambitious and executable.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

  • Lead creative output across campaigns, content, and experiential activations
  • Drive concept development for brand partnerships and commercial projects
  • Ensure all work is delivered to a high creative standard, with consistency across touchpoints

Commercial Collaboration

  • Partner closely with commercial and sales teams to respond to briefs
  • Translate client needs into compelling, insight-led creative ideas
  • Balance creative ambition with feasibility, scalability, and budget considerations
  • Support pitches and presentations at a senior level

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small in-house creative team
  • Manage freelancers and external partners where needed
  • Oversee workflow, prioritisation, and resource allocation

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, and production teams
  • Act as a key creative voice internally and externally
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and partners

Operational & Delivery Focus

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Support efficient creative processes from briefing through to delivery
  • Contribute to improving workflows, tools, and ways of working

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading creative projects or teams within an agency or similar environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, commercially effective work
  • Experience across brand, digital, content, or experiential projects
  • Ability to translate briefs into clear, compelling creative responses
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Commercial awareness, with an understanding of budgets and delivery constraints
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (design, motion, content, etc.)

Profile

  • Creative thinker with a commercial mindset
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Equally confident shaping ideas and ensuring they are delivered
