We're hiring a Digital Marketing Leader to drive growth for a fast-paced DTC business based in New York City. This is a 5 day per week oniste role.
This is a high-impact role for a performance-driven marketer who knows how to blend creative thinking with data to scale customer acquisition, improve conversion, and drive measurable revenue growth.
What you'll own:
- Lead paid social strategy and execution across Meta and other digital acquisition channels
- Optimize campaigns for cost per appointment, conversion, and ROI
- Own full-funnel performance from click through booked appointment
- Drive A/B testing across landing pages, creative, messaging, and offers
- Build CRM segmentation, nurture flows, remarketing, and reactivation strategies
- Translate campaign performance into actionable insights through dashboards, KPI tracking, and budget optimization
- Test new creative formats, AI tools, and automation workflows to unlock scalable growth
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years in performance marketing and digital growth, including 3+ years in an agency environment
- Deep hands-on expertise with paid social, especially Meta
- Proven success improving conversion rates through structured testing
- Strong CRM, lifecycle marketing, and database monetization experience
- Advanced analytics skills across Google Analytics 4, ad platforms, and reporting dashboards
- Experience in DTC, lead generation, or high-volume customer acquisition environments
