Senior Account Executive / Growth Lead

Location: New York City (Hybrid)

We're partnering with a fast-growing AI-powered SaaS company that is expanding its US commercial team and looking for a Senior Account Executive / Growth Lead to drive new customer acquisition.

This person will own new business growth across the US market, building relationships with companies looking to leverage data, AI, and customer insights to make smarter business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across the US market
  • Drive high-volume new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting, events, networking, and creative outreach
  • Run consultative sales conversations to uncover customer challenges and position value-led solutions
  • Identify market signals and connect customer needs back to the platform
  • Partner with leadership to improve GTM strategy, messaging, and repeatable sales processes
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer teams to support growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record in a new business/hunter sales role
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota targets
  • Experience creating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach
  • Strong consultative seller who can listen, diagnose problems, and adapt conversations based on customer needs
  • Ability to thrive with autonomy, move quickly, and take ownership without needing a rigid sales playbook
  • Experience within MarTech, insights, analytics, data, or consumer intelligence platforms is a plus

Package:

  • $140K-$150K base salary
  • Double OTE ($280K-$300K total compensation)
