The Job

The Group Head of Brand is a senior, high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping, protecting, and elevating the entire brand portfolio. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will define long-term brand vision, strategy, and positioning, ensuring world-class execution across every consumer and trade touchpoint.

This role is ideal for an experienced luxury brand leader who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and wants genuine ownership over iconic brands with global ambition.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Defining and leading overarching brand strategy and positioning across multiple luxury brands

  • Acting as the ultimate brand guardian, ensuring consistent, premium expression across all channels and markets

  • Leading master brand narratives, visual identity, and creative direction for campaigns, launches, and experiences

  • Managing and developing senior brand team members across brand, copy, and spirits

  • Owning brand budgets, timelines, and workflows, ensuring delivery on time and on budget

  • Partnering with PR, Digital, Trade Marketing, Sales, Sponsorship & Events teams to deliver fully integrated plans

  • Using consumer, customer, and cultural insights to inform strategy and keep the brands ahead of market trends

  • Overseeing market research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis across domestic and export markets

  • Presenting clear, insightful updates to the CEO, highlighting performance, opportunities, and risks


You

For the role of Group Head of Brand, my client is looking for someone with the following experience and attributes:

  • Significant senior-level brand leadership experience within luxury or premium consumer brands

  • A proven track record of building and scaling brands in competitive, high-expectation markets

  • Strong strategic capability with the ability to translate vision into flawless execution

  • Deep understanding of brand storytelling, creative direction, and multi-channel marketing

  • Confidence working closely with founders, CEOs, and senior stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • A data-led mindset, with strong experience using consumer insights to drive decision-making

  • Experience managing complex projects, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams

  • A proactive, ambitious, and creative personality with genuine drive and vision
