The role

This is an opportunity to lead and shape the media planning function within a forward-thinking agency. You'll define the planning vision, champion best practice and ensure consistently high-quality strategic output across a diverse client portfolio.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, activation, data and creative, you'll drive innovation in planning methodologies, develop planning capabilities, mentor high-performing teams and build strong relationships with senior clients. You'll also play a key role in agency growth through new business, commercial planning and the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI.

You

You'll be an experienced media planning leader with a proven track record of delivering strategic, integrated media solutions within an agency environment.

You'll also bring:

• Extensive media planning experience across offline and digital channels.
• Previous leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience supporting business growth and new business pitches.
• The confidence to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach, working effectively across strategy, planning, activation, data and creative functions.
• A passion for innovation and a genuine interest in how emerging technology and AI can enhance media planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at every level.
