Management Accountant

Management Accountant - Global Media Group - London - Hybrid working

We are currently partnering with WPP Media exclusively and assisting with hiring for a Management Accountant to join them. As part of our Finance team in London, you'll play a key role in supporting financial reporting, compliance, and business insight across the group

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and reconcile to the trial balance
• Lead month-end close activities including accruals, journals, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX/ICFR) and support external audits
• Deliver management and external reporting packages using consolidation tools
• Drive process improvements and support finance projects as needed

Requirements

• Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills with high attention to detail
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards (e.g. IFRS)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Desirable to have experience in the media, marketing or agency sector
