Experience & Background
5-7+ years' experience in digital media or CTV ad sales, preferably with enterprise or agency-side experience.
Proven success in selling advanced advertising solutions and managing large-scale commercial deals.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, CTV, and AI-driven ad technologies.
Experience developing and executing sales strategies in competitive media/tech environments.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships with senior stakeholders (brands and agencies).
Confident communicator, able to consult and educate clients on technical and strategic ad solutions.
Capable of managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting to deal closure.
Collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and delivery teams.
