Revenue Development Representative

Montreal, QC | Hybrid | Full-Time

We're partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed ad-tech SaaS company that's transforming how publishers and media companies leverage first-party data in the age of AI.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Revenue Development Representative looking to accelerate their career in technology sales. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, you'll play a key role in generating pipeline, supporting enterprise sales initiatives, and using AI-powered tools to build smarter prospecting strategies. There is a clear path into an Account Executive position as the business continues to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and industry events.
• Build targeted prospect lists using AI-powered sales tools.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to execute strategic campaigns.
• Maintain CRM data quality and support pipeline management.
• Help shape scalable prospecting processes within a high-growth startup.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years' experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a customer-facing role.
• Interest in SaaS, ad tech, digital marketing, or media.
• Comfortable learning and leveraging AI tools in your day-to-day work.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Based in Montreal and excited to work in a collaborative office environment.
