Our client is a global technology business helping some of the world's largest organisations transform workforce capability through innovative digital learning solutions.
Operating internationally with a strong enterprise customer base, the business partners with major organisations to solve strategic workforce, leadership and skills challenges. They are continuing to invest heavily across Europe and are looking to appoint an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition across the Benelux and Nordic markets.

The Role
This is a true enterprise hunter role, focused on acquiring new enterprise customers across the Benelux and Nordic regions.
You'll own the complete sales cycle, building strategic territory plans, creating new opportunities through outbound activity and managing complex multi-stakeholder sales processes through to successful close.
Working with senior decision-makers across large enterprise organisations, you'll take a highly consultative, value-led approach, helping customers solve strategic workforce and organisational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature
- Develop and execute territory and account plans across Benelux & Nordics
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
- Lead complex discovery sessions with multiple stakeholders
- Deliver value-based demonstrations and commercial proposals
- Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Represent the business at industry events and executive meetings
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations
About You
You'll be an experienced Enterprise Account Executive with a proven record of winning new business within complex B2B environments.
You'll likely bring:
- 8+ years' enterprise software, SaaS, technology or professional services sales experience
- Consistent history of exceeding enterprise sales targets
- Strong new logo acquisition experience
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Consultative, value-based sales approach
- Experience engaging C-suite and senior business leaders
- Strong territory planning, forecasting and pipeline management skills
- Excellent commercial, negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Experience selling across the Benelux and/or Nordic markets would be highly advantageous
