Enterprise Account Executive - Enterprise Learning Platform

London (Hybrid)
£80,000-£100,000 base + Double OTE (Uncapped)

We have partnered with a global digital learning and workforce transformation platform working with some of the world's largest enterprise organisations. They are hiring Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business growth within large, complex organisations across France & Southern Europe, and Benelux & Nordics.

This is a highly consultative enterprise sales role at the intersection of SaaS, professional education and workforce transformation.

The Role

  • Selling into enterprise organisations across international markets
  • Focus on Finance and Professional Services verticals
  • Managing deal sizes ranging from $100k-$500k+
  • Full end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle
  • Leveraging strong SDR support, marketing resources and sales enablement
  • Collaborating with global teams across EMEA, MENA, APAC and North America
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite buyers
  • Based in London (hybrid), with flexibility for remote working

What They're Looking For

  • Proven track record in enterprise new business sales
  • Experience selling SaaS, consulting or professional services solutions
  • Strong consultative / discovery-led sales approach
  • Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Experience engaging senior enterprise stakeholders
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
  • For France & Southern Europe, proficient in French
  • For Benelux & Nordics, a relevant language would be beneficial
