Senior Account Executive
Location: New York City
XPLN.ai is seeking a high-performing sales professional to drive new business growth across agency and advertiser partners. This role is ideal for someone with strong agency relationships, a hunter mentality, and experience selling programmatic, media, publisher, or adtech solutions.
Responsibilities
- Generate net-new business opportunities and revenue
- Develop relationships across agency holding companies and advertisers
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate and close new business
- Partner with leadership on go-to-market initiatives
- Represent XPLN.ai within the agency and programmatic ecosystem
Qualifications
- 5+ years of media, adtech, programmatic, publisher, or measurement sales experience
- Existing relationships within GroupM and/or Dentsu strongly preferred
- Proven track record of new business generation
- Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem
- Experience selling into agencies and agency holding companies
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred
- PMP sales experience
- Publisher sales experience
- Measurement or analytics platform experience
- Experience working within smaller, high-growth organizations

Compensation
- Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + double OTE.
