Senior Experiential Business Manager

The Role

As a Senior Experiential Business Manager, you'll take ownership of your own experiential sales pipeline, managing opportunities from initial brief through to contract completion.

Working closely with creative, production, media and commercial teams, you'll develop innovative experiential solutions, build long-term agency and brand partnerships, and play a key role in driving revenue across one of the UK's most unique commercial propositions.

You'll be responsible for:

• Owning and growing a personal experiential sales pipeline.
• Building relationships with experiential agencies, brands and production partners.
• Creating commercially compelling experiential proposals and activation concepts.
• Managing opportunities from initial brief through to negotiation and close.

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience within experiential sales, event sales, sponsorship, brand partnerships or creative solutions.
• A strong track record of exceeding commercial targets and winning new business.
• Existing relationships across experiential agencies, brands, production partners or the wider events ecosystem.
