Senior Client Director Ecommerce
Global Media Agency - Remote, EST hours
Salary: up to $160,000 / + 10% bonus and Full benefits
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a regional service delivery team, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence.
Drive client satisfaction and retention, ensuring exceptional service quality and measurable performance outcomes.
Advise clients on ecommerce and digital growth strategies, including platform optimization and omnichannel integration.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and global partners to deliver seamless client experiences and innovative solutions.
Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations tailored to each client's category, performance goals, and digital maturity.
Establish best practices that elevate performance across the client portfolio.
Own revenue growth and client acquisition for the North American market, building and managing a strong new business pipeline down the line - (post probation)
About You
5+ years of proven success in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related growth-focused role.
Strong understanding of digital advertising, ecommerce ecosystems, and retail media.
Hands-on experience working with major online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, or similar).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - able to simplify complex topics and influence senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build strategic client relationships and drive measurable results.
Skilled at leading teams, developing talent, and managing cross-functional collaboration.
Analytical and data-driven mindset, comfortable with performance metrics and reporting.
Curious, proactive, and excited by innovation in consumer technology and digital retail.
