Senior Customer Success Manager - Martech / Ecom
Salary: £60k - £70k + Bonus
London / Hybrid (2 Days a week)

Our client is a global marketing technology business who work with the world's biggest brands and retailers. Deliver AI-powered customer engagement and digital marketing solutions. With a strong reputation for innovation and continued growth, they're looking to add a Senior Customer Success Manager to their high-performing team.
The Role
As Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and ensuring customers maximise value from the platform. You'll develop client strategies, drive adoption, identify growth opportunities and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own relationships with strategic enterprise customers from onboarding through to retention and growth.
- Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and understand their business objectives.
- Develop and optimise digital marketing strategies to deliver measurable results.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase platform adoption.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Engineering to deliver the best customer experience.
- Mentor and support junior members of the Customer Success team.
About You
- 5+ years' experience in Customer Success
- Experience managing enterprise or global client accounts.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with excellent project management abilities.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
