Senior Growth/Performance Marketing Manager (B2B) – COMPETITIVE SALARY!

Sphere have recently partnered with a company who are pioneers in app development, utilized by businesses across various sectors. They are a global leader in documentation and workflow management, used by some of the world's largest enterprises and looking to expand their offering globally.
They are looking to grow their marketing team and are so are searching for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (B2B).
Prior experience of around 4+ years in B2B DIGITAL/ PERFORMANCE MARKETING is essential, with English fluency.
Responsibilities:
- Help to redefine their product market fit for their product, across app and web.
- Identify growth marketing, GTM and rollout plan for execution.
- Identify their product target audience, ICP, positioning, values, selling points and more.
- Help to create messaging and content across each industry and vertical that they work with.
- Oversee user research to understand market knowledge and competitor analysis, for positioning needs.
Essential experience:
- 4+ years’ experience in B2B Marketing, with focus on B2B Product Marketing.
- Strong market knowledge in lead generation, B2B or SaaS landscapes.
- Strong analytical skills, understand key metrics and trends.
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Amplitude and other growth marketing tools.
- Have fluency in English.
