The Role
As a Senior Account Manager/Client Lead, you'll own relationships with top-tier clients, driving strategy, campaign performance, and business growth. You'll be the go-to expert on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms, working with senior stakeholders to deliver integrated, insight-driven plans.
You'll mentor junior team members, collaborate with internal teams and creative partners, and take a data-first approach to identifying trends and opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong client relationships as the primary point of contact
Develop and deliver strategic plans to optimise clients' eCommerce performance
Analyse sales and category data to surface insights and drive growth strategies
Work with account and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
Provide clear, compelling updates and performance reports to clients
Troubleshoot challenges with Amazon accounts and eCommerce operations
Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, using data to tell a story and inspire action
Coach and develop junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a growth-focused team culture
About You:
3+ years in client management, ideally in eCommerce or retail media
Strong experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including c-suite
In-depth understanding of Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central) and familiarity with marketplace marketing initiatives
Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to distil complex concepts
A data-driven approach and curiosity to use insights to make recommendations
Collaborative, positive, and motivated to grow within a fast-moving agency
