Senior Sales Manager - Performance / Mobile DSP - Salary up to £110k + £40k commission + stock options (RSUs) + benefit

My client is a fast-growing global mobile advertising business looking to expand its performance team across Europe. They combine programmatic demand capabilities, large-scale in-app inventory and exclusive publisher partnerships to deliver measurable app growth for advertisers, all within a collaborative, development-focused culture.

The Role

You will lead commercial growth for performance advertising across the EU, winning new logos and expanding strategic accounts. This is a senior quota-carrying role where you'll influence product direction, drive partnership opportunities, and represent the business at industry events.

The Job

  • Prospect, pitch and close new advertisers and independent agencies for app performance and re-targeting campaigns.
  • Build long-term relationships and grow repeat revenue across existing clients through regular business reviews and strategic account planning.
  • Work with third-party measurement and data partners to enhance campaign outcomes and introduce joint commercial opportunities.
  • Feed market insights into product and marketing teams to improve offering and go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conferences, speaking to performance measurement and mobile growth strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, ops, engineering) to ensure smooth campaign delivery and scalable processes.


You

  • Proven experience selling DSPs or other demand-side/programmatic solutions directly to brands, publishers or agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of the mobile app performance ecosystem - attribution, measurement, retargeting and performance KPIs.
  • Comfortable selling into gaming studios, consumer app brands and independent agencies.
  • Strategic, relationship-focused closers who prefer consultative selling over transactional deals.
  • Self-motivated, energetic and commercially minded - able to drive opportunities from prospecting to renewal.
  • Degree required; advanced business qualifications (MBA/Master's) are a plus.
  • Willing to travel within the EU for key meetings and events.
