Senior SDR/BDR - Enterprise AI Learning Platform

Up to £60k base + OTE

This is a patented AI powered enterprise learning platform, it automates the curation of content, adapts and analyses to make the platform more efficiently educate companies workforce.

This is important as you can easily upskill and improve a whole company, it can also keep up much needed skills.

It does not simply educate a company but keeps its agile, efficient and constantly growing which any company is always looking to do.

Enterprise companies will always be looking for the next best solution to do this and this company is the answer!

  • Very flexible and independent role - only going into the London office x1 a week
  • Loads of inbound and pretty much no cold calling

Role

  • Very strategic and consultative role, generating interest and nurturing relationships with senior stake holders
  • Utilising social selling, events and any other means to engage your prospect
  • Generate enough pipeline to hit target
  • Be the initial face of the company
  • Seek out multiple contact at any one company to build strong relationships

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in a SaaS SDR/BDR (or any other pipeline generation sales role)
  • Must have sold to enterprise
  • Have experience and keen to continue to generate high quality pipeline
  • Nurture senior level contacts
  • Good longevity in roles
  • Experience working closely and selling to c'suite and senior teams
  • Ideally from a e-learning background but it not a need to have, it would be a massive plus if you've sold to HR or L&D teams
  • Experience within the UK market
  • They're based in Cambridge and have an office in London, they will be very flexible but you must be able to meet in the office at least once a week (ideally more) at your own expense
