Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the execution of multiple product streams, ensuring features, client implementations, and sector-specific templates are delivered efficiently and with measurable impact.

This role focuses on translating strategic roadmaps into build-ready requirements and ensuring timely delivery in client environments. You will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success teams using tools such as Jira to track progress, resolve blockers, and manage trade-offs.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy balancing priorities to keep delivery on track, this role offers a chance to shape scalable, productized solutions across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Own delivery of multiple product streams, including features, sector templates, and implementations.

  • Translate product concepts into detailed Jira epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test conditions.

  • Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and progress tracking to maintain visibility and throughput.

  • Ensure component reuse by building, documenting, and deploying shared assets across multiple sectors.

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation across delivery squads.

  • Track delivery KPIs such as velocity, adoption, time-to-value, and client satisfaction; act on insights.

  • Monitor delivery costs, resource utilization, and profitability metrics.

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to budgets, resourcing, and timelines; recommend trade-offs.

  • Develop repeatable frameworks to reduce bespoke work and speed up client onboarding.

Platform & Productization

  • Define and manage sector-specific platforms and reusable back-end components.

  • Establish standards for documentation, naming conventions, and performance testing for scalability.

  • Maintain a central product specifications library for reusable assets.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive best practices for Jira usage and delivery discipline.

  • Capture client feedback and usage data to optimize frameworks and processes.

  • Continuously refine workflows to improve delivery speed and reduce time-to-value.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • 4-6 years in Product Management, ideally in SaaS, data, analytics, or CRM platforms.

  • Proven ability to deliver multiple products/features in parallel with measurable outcomes.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management and sprint leadership.

  • Background in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, and client-facing teams.

  • Awareness of resource planning and financial metrics (budgets, burn rates, forecasting).

Skills & Attributes:

  • Execution-focused and results-driven.

  • Detail-oriented and structured, able to convert ambiguity into actionable work.

  • Strong communicator with both technical teams and client stakeholders.

  • Organized and proactive, capable of managing several workstreams simultaneously.

  • Pragmatic problem-solver who maintains product quality under pressure.
