Media Consultancy Firm - Hybrid in NYC
Salary $250,000 to $275,000 a year + 10% Bonus and Full Benefits
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on optimizing media operating models, including capabilities, processes, and partner structures.
Lead evaluations of agency relationships and manage partner selection and pitch processes.
Develop a clear, data-driven point of view on media's role in modern marketing and business growth.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness across clients' marketing ecosystems.
Collaborate with cross-functional experts to design and implement transformative strategies that drive measurable impact.
Key Skills & Mindset
Strong communicator and strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Deep understanding of how data and technology enhance media performance and decision-making.
Proven experience leading major marketing or media organizations through complex change.
Comfortable with ambiguity, able to shift between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
Highly collaborative, with expertise across the U.S. media landscape and related disciplines.
