Senior Account Director - Influencer Marketing & Client Services

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to lead high-profile client relationships and deliver best-in-class influencer and performance marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic client services leader who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a passion for social media, digital marketing, and the beauty industry.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients while partnering cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and production teams to execute impactful campaigns and identify opportunities for continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management of key client accounts, serving as the primary strategic point of contact.
- Develop campaign strategies, proposals, and presentations that align with client objectives and market trends.
- Manage multiple influencer marketing campaigns from brief through execution and reporting.
- Build strong client relationships and provide strategic recommendations to drive campaign success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering collaboration across departments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency or brand-side account management/client services experience.
- Strong background in influencer marketing, social media, or performance marketing.
- Experience managing large client accounts and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous people management experience is preferred.
- Experience working with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is highly desirable.
