Account Executive
Salary: Up to £90,000 + Double OTE
Location: London (Hybrid)
We're partnering with a fast-growing global SaaS business that's helping leading retail and e-commerce brands create exceptional customer experiences through AI-powered marketing, CRM and customer engagement technology.
Following continued growth across Europe, they're looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive new business across the UK & Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing commercial team and play a key role in expanding the company's presence in one of its fastest-growing markets.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you'll own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to close, working with mid-market and enterprise retail and e-commerce brands across the UK & Ireland.
You'll be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering a consultative, value-led sales process. Working closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams, you'll help customers solve complex commercial challenges while contributing to the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to negotiation and close.
Develop new business opportunities across retail and e-commerce organisations.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and tailored commercial presentations.
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across Sales, Marketing, CRM and Digital teams.
Lead commercial negotiations and manage complex buying processes.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and partner ecosystems to maximise customer value.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.
Maintain accurate forecasting and consistently exceed revenue targets.
About You
You'll be an ambitious SaaS sales professional with a passion for winning new business and building long-term customer relationships.
You'll likely have:
A proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales.
Experience managing complex, full-cycle sales processes from prospecting through to close.
A consultative, value-based sales approach, ideally using methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
Experience engaging multiple senior stakeholders throughout the buying journey.
Strong commercial, presentation and negotiation skills.
Native-level English communication skills.
Experience selling into retail, e-commerce, CRM, MarTech or digital marketing environments would be highly advantageous.
