Client Manager - NYC (Hybrid, 1-2 Days in Office)
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We're working with a fast-growing, innovative company in the digital/media space that's looking to hire a Client Manager to join their New York team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving client success, and working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
The Role
As a Client Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts. You'll act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients are getting maximum value from the company's products and services while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries, campaign performance, and strategic discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to deliver best-in-class service
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
- Lead regular client check-ins, QBRs, and strategic reviews
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success
- Background in digital media, ad tech, SaaS, or a related industry preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to spot growth opportunities
- Data-driven approach with experience analyzing performance metrics
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
