We're partnering with an innovative, high-growth consumer business to recruit a Community Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to build a career across community management, content creation, CRM, and customer engagement.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll support the delivery of marketing campaigns, create engaging content, manage customer communications, and help bring the brand to life across multiple digital channels.
This is a full-time, office-based position (5 days per week initially), with flexibility to work later hours on selected days to support live marketing activity and campaigns.
The Role
Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll play an integral role in delivering marketing campaigns, managing customer communications, creating engaging social content, and supporting CRM activity across email, SMS, and other digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, creative, customer-focused, and excited by the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced business.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Customer Engagement
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by responding to enquiries across email and social media.
Build positive relationships with customers through clear, engaging, and professional communication.
Support community engagement initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty and increase brand advocacy.
Represent the brand across digital channels, helping to create an engaging and authentic customer experience.
Content & Social Media
Create engaging content across social media, including static graphics, short-form video, and campaign assets.
Assist with planning and maintaining content calendars across multiple platforms.
Adapt creative for different channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and identify opportunities to create timely, engaging content.
Confidently participate in recorded and live content where required.
CRM & Campaign Delivery
Support the planning, creation, and execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels.
Assist with campaign copywriting, audience segmentation, scheduling, and quality assurance.
Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement and customer retention.
Campaign Operations
Support the setup and management of marketing campaigns within internal systems.
Coordinate campaign assets and ensure all content is delivered accurately, on time, and in line with brand standards.
Work closely with the wider marketing team to support campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
Working Hours
This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days per week initially).
Due to the nature of the role, flexibility is required to support occasional evening marketing activity and digital events
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working across both creative and customer-facing marketing activities and is excited by the opportunity to make a real impact.
You'll ideally have:
Experience in community management, customer engagement, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Confidence managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Confidence appearing on camera when required.
A genuine interest in social media, digital marketing, and building engaged online communities.
Desirable Experience
Experience using CRM or email marketing platforms.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and adapting content for different platforms.
An understanding of digital marketing best practices and customer engagement strategies.
Experience within a fast-paced consumer, retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce environment.
