We're partnering with an exciting, fast-growing consumer brand to find a talented Content Manager who thrives on creating engaging, high-performing content. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a brand's content strategy across paid advertising, social media, and campaign content, helping shape how the brand connects with its audience.
This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days per week initially), offering the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment where ideas are encouraged and brought to life quickly.
The Role
As Content Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, creating, and delivering engaging content that strengthens brand awareness, grows online communities, and supports business growth. From developing social-first campaigns to producing high-quality paid advertising creative, you'll play a key role in bringing the brand to life.
This is a hands-on position where you'll be involved throughout the entire content process-from brainstorming ideas and writing scripts to filming, editing, publishing, and analysing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Creative Direction
- Lead the creation of engaging static and video content across paid and organic channels.
- Develop social-first creative designed to capture attention and drive engagement.
- Plan, script, film, edit, and publish content across multiple platforms.
- Confidently appear on camera as part of the brand's content strategy.
- Ensure all creative aligns with the brand's tone, visual identity, and marketing objectives.
Social Media Management
- Own and manage the day-to-day social media strategy across key platforms.
- Create and maintain an engaging content calendar.
- Identify trends, emerging formats, and opportunities to grow audience engagement.
- Build a recognisable and consistent brand voice across all channels.
Campaign & Brand Content
- Oversee the production of campaign, product, and promotional content.
- Coordinate photography and videography to ensure premium, high-quality creative.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to deliver engaging campaigns from concept to launch.
Performance & Collaboration
- Partner with marketing and performance teams to understand campaign results.
- Use analytics and audience insights to optimise creative performance.
- Test new ideas and continuously refine content based on performance data.
- Contribute creative ideas that support wider marketing and commercial objectives.
About You
You'll be a creative storyteller who understands what works across social media and knows how to create content that not only looks great but also delivers results.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience in content creation, social media, or creative marketing.
- Confidence presenting on camera and creating engaging video-first content.
- Strong understanding of paid social advertising and content performance.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- A strong eye for design, branding, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience using content creation and video editing tools.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for creating standout content.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within a direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, or high-growth brand.
- Background in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, retail, or premium consumer products.
- Experience directing content shoots and collaborating with photographers, videographers, influencers, or creators.
