We're looking for a Customer Lifecycle Manager to own the entire post-purchase customer journey, from onboarding and repeat purchase through to loyalty, referrals and reactivation.
This is a highly commercial role focused on increasing customer value, improving retention and building scalable systems that drive long-term growth. You'll sit at the intersection of CRM, loyalty, customer insights, experimentation and AI-powered automation.
This is not a traditional email marketing role. We're looking for someone who thinks in systems, not campaigns.
A bit about the role
- Building and improving customer journeys across welcome, win-back, referral and loyalty programmes.
- Coming up with new ways to reward customers, increase loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
- Running tests and experiments to see what drives better engagement, conversion and retention.
- Using AI and automation tools to make processes smarter, faster and more scalable.
- Tracking key metrics like repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value and loyalty participation, and using those insights to drive growth.
- Working closely with growth, product and commercial teams to make sure the customer experience supports wider business goals.
A bit about you
- Experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Retention, Loyalty or Growth Marketing within ecommerce, DTC or consumer-focused businesses.
- Strong understanding of customer retention, loyalty, customer lifetime value and repeat purchase behaviour.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms such as Klaviyo.
- Experience running structured tests and experiments to improve customer outcomes.
- Practical experience using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
- Someone who enjoys building from scratch, testing ideas quickly and focusing on what drives results.
