Combining cutting-edge technology, immersive environments and high-impact audience engagement, this business works with leading brands and agencies to deliver memorable campaigns that connect with audiences in unique and creative ways.

With continued investment and an expanding commercial team, they are now looking for a Junior Sales Manager to support the growth of their brand partnerships and experiential revenue.

The Role

As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing commercial opportunities, building relationships with brands and agencies, and supporting the delivery of creative experiential campaigns.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their objectives, create compelling proposals and collaborate with internal teams to bring campaigns to life.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and nurturing relationships with brands, agencies and commercial partners.
• Identifying new business opportunities and supporting revenue growth across experiential campaigns.
• Working with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop tailored solutions.
• Supporting the creation of pitches, proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

About You

• Experience within experiential, events, sponsorship, partnerships, media sales or brand solutions.
• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and working with clients.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to generating opportunities.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and creating compelling client proposals.
