Sphere Digital Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly growing entertainment business that sits at the intersection of technology, creativity and culture.

Creating some of the UK's most ambitious brand experiences, this business provides a unique platform for brands and agencies to connect with audiences through immersive environments, live experiences and innovative event activation's.

The Role

you will take ownership of a personal experiential pipeline, managing opportunities from initial brief through to contract completion.

Working closely with commercial, creative, production and event teams, you'll translate client objectives into compelling experiential proposals, build long-term partnerships and help position the business as a leading destination for brand activations and events.

About You

• Proven experience within experiential sales, event sales, brand partnerships or creative solutions.
• Strong track record of managing commercial opportunities and delivering against revenue targets.
• Existing relationships across experiential agencies, brands, production partners and/or the wider events ecosystem.
