We are hiring for a Paid Media Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join a fast-paced, performance-driven marketing team.
This is a hands-on role focused on driving customer acquisition, brand visibility and commercial performance through effective paid media planning, campaign execution and ongoing optimisation.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing campaigns from setup through to optimisation and reporting, with a strong understanding of platform mechanics, audience behaviour, creative testing, conversion journeys and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build and manage paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms
Own budget allocation, pacing and optimisation to maximise performance and efficiency
Develop channel, audience and bidding strategies aligned with acquisition and retention objectives
Monitor campaign performance across CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS and other key metrics
Adjust targeting, placements, bidding strategies and budgets based on performance
Work with creative teams to brief, test and optimise advertising assets and messaging
Manage tracking, tagging and conversion measurement requirements
Conduct audience, keyword and competitor analysis
Analyse funnel performance and identify conversion opportunities
Produce performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Support A/B testing across audiences, creative, messaging, formats and landing pages
Stay up to date with platform developments and performance marketing trends
Required Skills & Experience
4 to 6+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing or digital campaign management
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Exposure to programmatic advertising environments
Experience managing campaign budgets, bidding strategies and optimisation across multiple channels
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights
Understanding of tracking, tagging, pixels, UTM structures and conversion measurement
Experience with A/B testing and performance-led creative optimisation
Strong reporting and stakeholder communication skills
Commercial understanding of customer acquisition, ROI and media efficiency
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and changing priorities within a fast-paced environment
Exposure to GA4, AppsFlyer and attribution modelling
Nice to Have
Experience within online gaming, eCommerce, app-based businesses or other high-performance digital environments
Exposure to affiliate marketing, app install campaigns or programmatic media buying
Experience with landing page optimisation and CRO
Relevant Google, Meta or digital marketing certifications
What Success Looks Like
You will take ownership of campaigns from planning through to execution, continuously improving performance against acquisition and conversion targets. You will manage media spend effectively, identify optimisation opportunities quickly and provide stakeholders with clear, commercially relevant insights.
This role would suit someone who enjoys hands-on performance marketing, autonomy, experimentation and working within a fast-moving environment where decisions are driven by data and results.
