NEW BUSINESS DIRECTOR | LONDON | £80K-£90K + BONUS
I'm currently recruiting for a New Business Director for a fast-growing, specialist marketing and media agency working with ambitious, high-growth brands.
The agency is built around a network of experienced founders and business leaders, combining firsthand scaling experience with data, technology and marketing expertise to help brands grow.
This is a senior, commercially focused role with real autonomy and influence across the agency's growth strategy, positioning and pipeline.
The role:
- Own the agency's new business and marketing strategy end-to-end
- Build and convert a high-quality pipeline of aligned opportunities
- Define priority sectors, audiences and value propositions
- Lead brand, content, PR, events and outbound activity
- Work closely with founders and senior leadership on growth strategy
- Help drive the agency towards becoming one of the fastest-growing agencies in the UK
We're looking for:
- Strong new business experience within a marketing, advertising or media agency
- Proven commercial growth track record
- Experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders
- Someone well-networked, commercially minded and confident operating at a senior level
- Agency leadership experience is highly desirable
£90,000 + bonus
London - 2 days office / 3 days WFH
