The Role
As a Paid Search Account Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid search campaigns across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across multiple accounts
- Monitor performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Support campaign planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Deliver clear performance insights and recommendations
- Build strong relationships with clients and platform partners
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver campaigns
- Support strategic planning and client growth
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Manage workloads and campaign delivery
- Encourage collaboration and continuous improvement
- Improve processes and campaign efficiency
- Resolve issues proactively and maintain high delivery standards
- Support new opportunities and business growth
You
- Strong Paid Search / PPC experience with up-to-date platform certifications
- Excellent understanding of bid management, optimisation, and paid media strategy
- Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Proactive, commercially minded, and performance-focused
