We're partnering with a leading global media agency to find a talented Paid Social Account Manager to join their growing Manchester team.

The Role

As a Paid Social Account Manager, you'll take ownership of campaign planning, activation and optimisation across a range of high-profile accounts. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you'll ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, exceed performance expectations and identify opportunities for future growth.

This role offers a great balance of strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management and client relationship building, making it ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their Paid Social career.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end Paid Social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat.
  • Developing data-driven campaign strategies aligned to client objectives and KPIs.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, optimising activity and managing budgets to maximise results.
  • Producing insightful reports and presenting recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted day-to-day contact.
  • Collaborating with planning, strategy, creative and analytics teams to deliver integrated media campaigns.
  • Identifying opportunities to test new platform features, audience strategies and optimisation techniques.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

About You

You'll have experience managing Paid Social campaigns within an agency or fast-paced digital marketing environment and enjoy working collaboratively with both clients and colleagues.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience managing Paid Social campaigns across Meta and other major social platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign optimisation, audience targeting, reporting and performance analysis.
  • Confidence managing campaign budgets and delivering against client KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing and emerging platform trends.
