Paid media is a key growth channel for this independently-owned agency, and they're now looking for a talented Paid Social Manager to join a growing performance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious paid social specialist who enjoys owning campaigns from strategy through to optimisation, whilst working across a diverse portfolio of B2B and consumer-focused clients. You'll have the chance to take real ownership of accounts, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in the continued growth of the agency's paid media offering.
The Opportunity
As Paid Social Manager, you'll lead the planning, activation and optimisation of paid social campaigns across a range of clients, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and Meta. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll translate business objectives into high-performing campaigns and provide strategic recommendations that drive measurable results.
This role offers genuine progression opportunities, with scope to take on increasing responsibility and develop leadership experience as the team continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Own paid social strategy, activation and optimisation across a varied client portfolio.
- Manage lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns across multiple industries.
- Deliver best-in-class campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, with opportunities to expand into additional channels.
- Analyse performance data and provide clear, actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build trusted client relationships and lead performance discussions.
- Support and mentor junior team members, helping to develop capability across the wider team.
- Collaborate with specialists across performance marketing to deliver integrated solutions.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong platform expertise with excellent client-facing skills.
Essential Experience
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Paid Media campaigns.
- Strong experience running and optimising Meta campaigns.
- Experience working with B2B clients.
- Agency-side paid media or performance marketing experience.
- Proven success delivering lead generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
This role would suit someone with approximately 2-4 years' experience looking to take the next step in their paid social career within a collaborative and ambitious agency environment.
