Account Manager (Paid Media)

• London (Hybrid) - 3 office days a week
• Salary £40,000 - £44,000

This is a brilliant opportunity for an Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships, drive strategy and directly impact growth across a portfolio of digital accounts.

The Role

You'll sit at the centre of your accounts - balancing client leadership, strategic thinking and team management. You'll be responsible for delivering performance, but critically, also for growing accounts and increasing long-term value.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner
• Lead campaign strategy and ensure best-in-class execution
• Deliver clear, insightful performance updates and recommendations
• Identify and unlock growth opportunities across accounts
• Support new business pitches and proposals
• Manage and develop junior team members

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in paid media or digital marketing
• Proven ability to manage client relationships
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial mindset
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
• Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and priorities
