We're looking for an SEA Team Lead to lead a talented team of Paid Search specialists while remaining hands-on with campaign strategy and performance. This is an exciting opportunity to combine leadership with technical expertise, helping to shape the future of a growing international performance marketing business.

You'll work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver high-performing paid search campaigns that drive measurable business results. If you enjoy developing people, improving processes and making data-driven decisions, this could be the perfect role for you.

Ideally, you'll be based in Berlin and able to work from the office regularly. We're also happy to hear from candidates based elsewhere in Europe who are able to travel to Berlin on a regular basis.

🌍 What You'll Be Doing

As the SEA Team Lead, you'll balance team leadership with hands-on campaign management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• 👥 Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of SEA Managers, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
• 📈 Managing a small portfolio of high-performing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts, ensuring excellent campaign performance.
• 🎯 Setting clear priorities, delegating work effectively and creating accountability across the team.
• 📊 Monitoring, analysing and optimising campaign performance to maximise return on investment.
• ⚙️ Improving workflows, processes and reporting to support efficient and scalable campaign management.
• 📋 Analysing campaign data using tools such as SEMrush, Qlik Sense and Excel or Google Sheets to identify opportunities for improvement.
• 🚀 Testing new campaign strategies, advertising formats and optimisation techniques to improve results.
• 🤝 Working closely with Vertical Managers and other stakeholders to ensure paid search supports wider business objectives.
• 🔍 Keeping up to date with the latest developments in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and digital marketing to bring new ideas to the team.

🎯 What We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Strong experience managing successful SEA campaigns with a focus on performance and return on investment.
• Experience leading, mentoring or developing a team, or the ambition to step into a leadership role.
• Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data to make informed decisions.
• A practical approach-you enjoy developing strategy and implementing it yourself.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
• Fluent English. German language skills are an advantage but are not essential.
• The flexibility to work from Berlin regularly or travel there from elsewhere in Europe.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering outstanding results.
