Enterprise Account Executive
Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 + OTE
Location: New York City (Hybrid)
We're partnering with a fast-growing AI startup that's redefining how enterprise financial institutions harness Generative AI. Their secure, enterprise-grade platform enables some of the world's leading financial organisations to deploy AI safely, efficiently and at scale, helping drive productivity, reduce risk and unlock new opportunities.
As they continue their expansion across North America, they're looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across the Financial Services sector.
The Role
This is a true enterprise new business role focused on winning strategic customers across Financial Services. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, engaging senior stakeholders and helping some of the industry's most prestigious organisations adopt cutting-edge AI technology.
Working closely with leadership, product and customer teams, you'll play a key role in building the company's presence in the US market while helping shape its long-term commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new logo acquisition across enterprise Financial Services organisations.
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close.
Build relationships with senior decision-makers across business, technology and innovation functions.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and executive presentations.
Develop strategic account plans and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outbound activity and relationship development.
Identify expansion opportunities and support long-term customer growth.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to influence product development and go-to-market strategy.
About You
You'll be an experienced enterprise SaaS sales professional with a passion for new business and emerging technology.
You'll likely have:
A proven track record of winning enterprise SaaS business.
Experience selling into the Financial Services sector, particularly Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management or Hedge Funds.
Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation abilities.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
A strong network within the Financial Services industry and experience selling AI, data, analytics or enterprise software solutions would be highly advantageous.
