About the opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth organisation at a critical stage of expansion.

The role combines enterprise SaaS sales with regional market development, giving the successful candidate significant influence over how the business scales within Germany and the broader DACH market.

You will own the full sales cycle while helping shape:

  • Regional GTM strategy
  • Enterprise messaging
  • Target account planning
  • Local market positioning
  • Partner ecosystem development

What you'll do

  • Win new enterprise and mid-market retail and ecommerce customers
  • Build and execute a DACH-focused outbound strategy
  • Develop strong relationships with technology partners, agencies and consulting partners
  • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes
  • Lead commercial negotiations and business case development
  • Execute structured value-based sales methodologies
  • Represent the business at industry events
  • Contribute strategic insight into regional growth initiatives

What they're looking for

  • Fluent German and professional English
  • Proven enterprise SaaS sales success
  • Experience selling into retail and ecommerce organisations
  • Strong outbound and pipeline generation skills
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience working within partner-led sales environments
  • Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Exposure to any of the following would be beneficial: Personalisation technology; Search & Discovery technology; Customer engagement platforms; CRM technology; Martech platforms; Ecommerce infrastructure; Agency or SI relationships; Existing DACH retail network
