The Role
I'm working on a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Paid Social Executive to join a high-performing, fast-growing media team in London.
This role is perfect for someone ready to take ownership of campaigns end-to-end, working across global B2B clients and delivering performance-driven paid social strategies. You'll play a key part in shaping campaign direction, testing new approaches, and driving real commercial impact.
You'll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team where innovation, autonomy, and progression are genuinely championed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Planning, setting up, and managing paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms
- Translating client briefs into smart, insight-led media plans aligned to funnel objectives
- Monitoring and optimising campaigns daily (targeting, bidding, creative) to drive performance
- Delivering clear, compelling reporting and actionable insights
- Acting as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Managing budget pacing and campaign QA to ensure seamless delivery
- Collaborating with strategy, creative, content, and analytics teams
- Proactively identifying testing opportunities and new platform features
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years' experience in paid social campaign management (agency experience preferred)
- Strong hands-on expertise across LinkedIn and Meta
- Confident running campaigns end-to-end
- Solid understanding of performance metrics and optimisation techniques
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Experience using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT / Copilot) is a bonus
- Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends
