We're working with a high-growth digital marketing team hiring a Senior Account Executive to take the reins on campaign delivery across paid media. This is the ideal step for someone who's ready to move beyond activation into true performance ownership and client impact.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns, ensuring performance is consistently improving against client KPIs. You'll also play a key role in communicating results and insights in a way that actually lands with clients.
Expect a blend of:
- Hands-on campaign management
- Performance analysis and optimisation
- Client-facing communication
- Innovation and testing
What You'll Be Doing
- Build, launch and optimise campaigns across key digital channels
- Take ownership of day-to-day account performance and delivery
- Translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations for clients
- Monitor budgets closely to maintain efficient spend and maximise results
- Proactively test new strategies, creatives and platform features
- Support and mentor more junior team members
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing paid media campaigns (agency or in-house)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with clients
- Someone proactive - not just waiting for direction
- Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of trends
