We're working with a global sports media business that's looking for an exceptional Senior Creative to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate original, insight-led creative ideas inspired by sports, culture and social trends.
• Develop compelling concepts for editorial content, branded campaigns and new business pitches.
• Create engaging presentations and pitch decks that bring creative ideas to life.
• Partner closely with production teams to ensure concepts are executed to the highest creative standard.
• Help develop new content formats, recurring series and social-first creative propositions.
• Stay ahead of emerging platforms, audience behaviours and cultural moments.
• Champion creative excellence across the business and contribute to a collaborative creative culture.

About You

You'll also bring:

• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative social-first campaigns or content.
• Experience within media, publishing, creative agencies or branded content environments.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and storytelling skills.
• Confidence presenting creative ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.
• A strong understanding of how audiences engage across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other digital channels.
• The ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.
