What if your SEO work directly influenced the growth of a multi-million-pound affiliate portfolio?

We're looking for an experienced SEO Lead to take ownership of a growing portfolio of affiliate websites, launch new projects into international markets, and work with some of the world's largest publishers.

This is a role with real ownership. You'll shape SEO strategy across multiple websites, lead a small team, identify new growth opportunities, and see the direct commercial impact of your work.

🌍 What You'll Be Doing

As our SEO Lead, you'll play a key role in growing both existing and new affiliate websites.

You'll:

• 🚀 Develop and deliver SEO strategies that increase organic traffic, rankings and revenue.
• 🌎 Launch new affiliate websites from the ground up, including keyword research, topic planning, content structure and coordinating successful launches.
• 📈 Improve on-page and off-page SEO through content optimisation, CTR improvements, link-building campaigns and technical SEO best practices.
• 🔍 Identify new growth opportunities by researching publishers, analysing markets and evaluating expansion opportunities.
• 🤝 Work closely with internal teams and some of the world's largest publishers to deliver successful SEO projects.
• 👥 Lead, coach and support a team of SEO Content Managers, helping them develop while maintaining high standards.
• ⚡ Prioritise projects based on business impact and respond quickly to changes in search performance.

🎯 What We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Strong experience delivering successful on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• A proven track record of growing organic traffic and business performance.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Native-level German and fluent English (C1+) with strong communication skills.
• An analytical mindset and the ability to make clear, data-driven decisions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in affiliate marketing or iGaming is an advantage but not essential.
