Sr. Publisher Partnerships Manager

Boston, MA / Hybrid | $200K - $300K OTE

A rapidly growing mobile advertising and app monetization company is looking for a Senior Publisher Partnerships Manager to help expand its U.S. supply business.

This person will be responsible for developing and growing strategic relationships with mobile app publishers and developers, identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, and working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering through technical integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic publisher and supply partnerships
• Identify and close new business opportunities
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across enterprise accounts
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and longer sales cycles
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Account Management on integrations
• Grow and expand existing publisher relationships
• Help shape the company's continued growth in the U.S. market

Ideal Background

• 5+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS or related technology
• Experience selling to or partnering with publishers, apps or enterprise technology customers
• Proven success managing complex, consultative sales cycles
• Strong new business and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with technical/product stakeholders
• Existing industry network is highly valued
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed and comfortable in a fast-growing environment

Location: Boston preferred; open to exceptional candidates in other U.S. markets
